MFN Claims Limited Terms and Fees
1. Introduction
MFN Claims Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide claims management services (FRN: 837972). By engaging MFN Claims Limited, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. Please read carefully before signing the Client Agreement.

3. Services Provided
MFN Claims Limited assists clients in making claims for compensation related to mis-sold investments and pensions, personal injuries, accidents at work, and other eligible claims. We act as your claims management company and liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and third parties on your behalf. MFN Claims Limited is not a law firm.
4. Fees and Costs
4.1. No Win, No Fee Agreement
We operate our services on a No Win, No Fee basis, meaning that if your claim is unsuccessful, you will not pay any fees.
4.2. Success Fee
If your claim is successful, we will charge a success fee based on the total compensation awarded to you. Our success fees range from 15% to 30% + VAT of the gross settlement. For example:
• If you are awarded £2,000 in compensation, and our fee is 25%, we will charge £500 + VAT, and you will receive the remainder.
• If you are awarded £10,000 in compensation, and our fee is 25%, we will charge £2,500 + VAT, and you will receive the remainder.
Full details of the charges for specific claims will be provided as part of the onboarding, sign-up, or client pack.
4.3. Additional Costs
In certain cases, additional costs may apply, including:
• Medical Reports: Costs for obtaining medical records or assessments if required for your claim.
• Expert Opinions: Fees for third-party expert reports.
• Disbursements: Any other reasonable expenses incurred during the claim process. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance where possible.
5. Your Obligations
• Provide accurate and truthful information to support your claim.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation or clarification.
• Notify MFN Claims Limited immediately if you receive any correspondence regarding your claim.
• Do not engage other claims management companies or solicitors for the same matter without our prior consent.
6. Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days of signing without incurring any charges. After the cooling-off period, cancellation may incur fees as outlined below.
7. Cancellation Fees
If you terminate our agreement after the 14-day cooling-off period and your claim is already in progress, we reserve the right to charge:
• An administration fee of up to £75 plus VAT.
• Reimbursement for any disbursements, reasonable costs, and time incurred up to the cancellation date.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
• MFN Claims Limited will make every effort to ensure your claim is successful but does not guarantee the outcome or amount of compensation.
• MFN Claims Limited is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
9. Data Protection
MFN Claims Limited is committed to protecting your personal information. We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details on how we use your data, refer to our Privacy Policy, available on request or on our website.

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to resolve it within eight weeks. If you remain dissatisfied, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
MFN Claims Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and fees at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
13. Acceptance
By signing our Client Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Fees.
